What counts as metered data
The traffic your workspace uses for things like remote control sessions and file transfers. The Usage module in the console shows it month by month, alongside storage, so nothing about your bill is a surprise.

Mostly your package library. Versions are kept so you can roll forward or back, which is what uses the space on a fleet that updates its apps often.
Device limits and licence terms
